Being interested in informatics and biochemistry, Nicolas decided not to pick one or the other and got a degree in bioinformatics. His training is in computer simulations of macromolecules, however he is now getting his hands on  software development, NMR signal processing, virtual screening, QSAR and pretty much everything related to drug discovery. He is also the proud owner of the meanest cat near the Saint Lawrence River.
